How do I pay for my booking?

Book online and a deposit of 1/4 will be taken at the time of booking the rest payable 3 weeks before the stay. 


If you'd like to take advantage of our 15% discount for non refundable bookings contact us for more details.

What is the cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given if the booking is cancelled within 3 weeks of the stay. 


A 50% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks before the stay.


Booking using our non-refundable rate will not be refundable and the dates will not be changeable under any circumstances.

Can I leave my luggage after check out?

Yes we can store this for you for later collection

Is there parking?

Yes, we have parking for one medium vehicle (less than 3m tall). Additional roadside permits are also available.

Is the property handicap accessible?

Sorry, with the stairs, the property is not handicap accessible.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free of charge

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, the property is pet and smoke free.

Can I smoke?

No, due to the age and timber frame, smoking is not permitted indoors or on the roof terrace.

Are towels and linen provided?

Yes

Is there room for an additional guest?

Yes the front bedroom could accommodate an additional childs bed/and or cot

Is there a welcome pack?

Yes, our welcome pack contains everything you need to know for your stay, local attractions, shops and recommended restaurants. You can also visit our local attractions page and plan your stay.

What is provided in the kitchen?

All towels, washing up and cleaning equipment, teas/coffees and a welcome breakfast.
