A private entrance door leads from the high street up a flight of internal stairs to your own roof terrace. Across the roof terrace is the entrance into the property.

 

Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway, which has a separate WC and leads to the contemporary kitchen on your left. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, two fridges with ice compartments, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Blending modern comforts with original character, you can also admire the fabulous feature fireplace in this room.

 

Just next door is the inviting lounge. Here there is a further decorative fireplace as well as a bay window giving views over the street below. There is a Smart TV, making this the perfect spot in which to unwind after a day spent exploring and space to dine just opposite. Heading back into the entrance hallway you will find a flight of stairs leading to the bedrooms.

 

There are two to choose from, a stylish king-size with Smart TV and a pretty twin. Both have been furnished with care and share the contemporary shower room with WC. Due to the age of the property, there are changes of level, beams, low doorways and restricted head height in places throughout, which only adds to its character and charm.

 

The main entrance door leads into an enclosed roof terrace with furniture, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. There is an off-road parking space suitable for one car to the rear of the property and additional permits for roadside parking areas within the surrounding streets, available on request.
